Babine is located 80 km northeast of Smithers, British Columbia, in the Omenica Mining Division, on NTS map sheets 93M/8E and 93M/8W.

History of the Babine Project |
Exploration in the northern Babine area, and the resultant discovery of the NAK and Dorothy porphyry deposits, was spurred by the discovery and subsequent development of the Bell and Granisle porphyry deposits in the early 1960's.
