Director Resignation
Mr Gregory Short, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board of Pryme Energy Limited effective 1 September 2015. Mr Short will continue to be available to the Board and management of the Company.
"Greg was appointed in January 2010 and made a substantial contribution, including providing invaluable support to the management team, during a very busy time for the Company," said George Lloyd, Pryme's Chairman. "I thank Greg very much for his contribution as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and I know that the entire team at Pryme wish him the best for the future."
Pryme remains committed to executing its corporate strategy of focusing on high quality exploration projects offering significant scalability of production, cash flows and reserves. The Company currently generates production and cash flow from its Capitola Oil Project in Texas as well as from its long-term holdings in Louisiana. The Company expects to make an announcement later this week on its transition to becoming administratively and operationally cash flow positive through this period of low commodity prices and weakened capital market conditions.
