Serengeti Announces Grant of Options

Vancouver, B.C., February 10, 2016: Serengeti Resources Inc. (SIR:TSX-V) announces it has granted an aggregate 1,900,000 stock options to acquire common shares of Serengeti at a price of $0.05 per share to directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to its stock option plan. 1,650,000 of the options shall be exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant and 250,000 shall be exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant.
