Oslo, 23 December 2015 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, has on 22 December 2015 purchased 700,000 own shares at a price of NOK 5.8883 per share.
The purchase is part of the share buyback program announced on 15 December 2015.
Following this transaction DNO holds 4,000,000 own shares.
