WGL’s Washington Gas Energy Services Win Bid to Provide Natural Gas to State Agencies in Delaware

WASHINGTON--()--WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WGL) announces that its subsidiary, Washington Gas Energy Services, recently won the contract to supply natural gas to 145 State of Delaware accounts. Those accounts include school districts, college campuses, correctional facilities and a state hospital. The fixed price contract is for three years, beginning December 1, 2014.

Washington Gas Energy Services will supply Delaware 1.6 million dekatherms of natural gas over the life of the contract period through Chesapeake Utilities Corporation distribution lines.
