LUSAKA, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Zambia's inflation slowed to 20.2 percent in July from 21 percent in June, its statistics agency said on Thursday.
The Central Statistical Office (CSO) said this has been attributed to a decrease in prices of food products such as vegetables, fruits, airfare as well as purchases of motor vehicles.
John Kalumba, the statistics agency's director told reporters during monthly briefing that the annual rate of inflation was likely to record further declines by October this year. Enditem
