SOCIALISM – A GUARANTEED ROUTE TO HYPERINFLATION |
Gold is hated by governments around the world because it reveals their deceitful actions in totally destroying the economy. It is not an accident that gold is the only money which has survived for 6,000 years. Gold is the only money that tells the truth. And gold is nature’s money which means it cannot be destroyed and it cannot be manufactured.
This is why governments cannot live with gold as money for more than short periods. Because over time governments always spend more than the country earFriday, March 2, 2018 |

5 Record Breaking Gemstones Even Billionaires Can’t Buy |
As Elizabeth Taylor once said: “I adore wearing gems, but not because they are mine. You can't possess radiance, you can only admire it.”
It’s a good philosophy, because when it comes to the world’s biggest, rarest and most extraordinary gemstone discoveries, no one—not even billionaire President Donald Trump—could afford the possession.
We’re not talking about the average diamond engagement ring that sets you back $4,000 and was probably grown in a lab. And we’re not talking about the $3,000 ruThursday, February 22, 2018 |

Footage Captured Over Finland Shows A Meteor Turning Night Into Day |
Stunning footage from Lapland, Finland has shown an incredible meteor slicing across the night sky. The meteor was so bright that it lit up the sky with an awe-inspiring and noticeable blast.
On Thursday, November 16, the incident was caught on camera by several locals. Scientists still don’t know if the meteor hit the ground or if it burned up in the atmosphere, but what was caught on camera is amazing.

Is Britain ready to go cashless UK heads toward abolishing physical money |
The replacement of the forgery-prone old 1-pound coin, supposed to be fully implemented from tomorrow night, has sparked fresh speculation about how rapidly Britain is heading toward a new epoch in the history of spending -- the outright abolition of all physical cash.
A report published this week puts Britain second in Europe and third in the world in its readiness to "go cashless." Only Canada and Sweden are closer than Britain to abandoning notes and coins, the report found.

Guaranteed Income and Living Wage Schemes Cannot Possibly Work |
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg Supports Universal Basic Income.
In its basic form, universal basic income means “everyone gets a paycheck, whether they have a job or not.”
Many expect even more. They want a guaranteed “living wage”.
Useless Trials
Such schemes cannot possibly work. But that does not stop fools from trying.
For example, Finland is giving out a guaranteed monthly income of nearly $600 to 2,000 citizens.

The 2nd Amendment Comes To Europe: Czech Republic Expected To Enshrine Right To Bear Arms In Constitution |
Most people inside and outside of the US believe that this country’s gun ownership rate is unique, but that’s not exactly true. Though America has the most privately owned guns per capita, there are other countries that aren’t too far behind us, such as Serbia, Yemen, Cyprus, and many Western nations like Finland and Switzerland. In most cases, these countries don’t have access to the same kind of firearms that we do, but nonetheless there are a ton of guns floating around in these places.

“Allowance” for Living Gets Standing Ovation at TED |
Universal basic income — a system of wealth distribution that involves giving people a monthly wage just for being alive — just got a standing ovation at this year’s TED conference.
Rutger Bregman, a Dutch historian and basic income advocate, gave a talk on the subject in which he explored a crucial question: Why do the poor make such poor decisions?
Poverty isn’t a character flaw, Bregman explained. People in poverty tend to eat less healthfully, save less money, and do drugs more often becauseSaturday, April 29, 2017 |

Sweden’s Gold Reserves: 10,000 gold bars shrouded in Official Secrecy |
In early February 2017 while preparing for a presentation in Gothenburg about central bank gold, I emailed Sweden’s central bank, the Riksbank, enquiring whether the bank physically audits Sweden’s gold and whether it provide me with a gold bar weight list of Sweden’s gold reserves (gold bar holdings). The Swedish official gold reserves are significant and amount to 125.7 tonnes, making the Swedish nation the world’s 28th largest official gold holder.

Tesla Motors Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) and Robert Friedland’s Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (TSE:IVN) (OTCMKTS:IVPAF) may have more reasons to talk than Elon Musk will be readily willing to admit. 2017 – Spectacular For Gold And Silver But Disaster For Bonds And Stocks |
2017 has just started but some longer-term trend changes already seem to develop. It is interesting how a new year combined with a new US president act as a catalyst for what will be the start of monumental events in the world economy. Not that many of these will come as a surprise to the readers of my articles but for the rest of the world, there will be one shock after the next which will create real panic.
