| CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) _ Piedmont Natural Gas Co. (PNY) on Wednesday reported fiscal second-quarter earnings of $63.4 million.
The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company said it had profit of 78 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 79 cents per share.
