CPM Group/Christian's Silver Summit presentation on Andrew Maguire  (8)
I can't wait for Maguire's official retort. Curious as to why he needs a week to reply? Could it be that he must now fabricate a time line that allows him to discredit the timeline noted by Christian?

I'm sure his camp will spin the Goldman Sachs lineage to his time spent at the firm taken out by Goldman Sachs in 1981 (the name escapes me as I write this but was in King's interview.

I also f...

Vindication! “Whistleblower” Andrew MaGuire Is What I Suspected All Along  (25)

"Nice one Dan, you just pushed a number of us that were actually listening to you over the line. That kind of comment, a statement that takes in and insults a very broad swath of the population here, is all that was needed to have the rest of us understand that your nothing more than an egotistical asshole and one can only hope that your posts will no longer be welcome here. Sure you took a ...

Vindication! “Whistleblower” Andrew MaGuire Is What I Suspected All Along  (25)
S.W. ... I've been saying since the last major collapse that we are entering a phase of prolonged sideward movement in the metals markets. No new highs and I think the lows are safely in place as support held up well. For the next year or so we may be range bound.

A lot of people have difficulty with hearing that those they trusted such as Maguire didn't turn out to be who they thought they were. Th...

King World News and Others Removing Goldman Sachs Reference to Maguire In Attempt To Mak  (16)
Neville thanks for the rant.

Now if you can only verify your statements about me being wrong more than I am right I would greatly appreciate being called out on it.

Like I said, I warned anyone that would listen that Maguire was a set up. I advised everyone to exit silver and gold and to not look back in December of 2011 when I questioned the end of the bull market. A few days before the co...

Vindication! “Whistleblower” Andrew MaGuire Is What I Suspected All Along  (25)
The problem is SW that not a lot of people sold and a lot of people are holding the bag on $40.00 + silver they bought because the silver charlatans made them believe there were bigger gains ahead. What I told people to do was sell their metal and don't look back. I maintained that until today and in fact advised at $28.00 to get out, a week before the crash to $18.00 ensued.

I'm not here to be a hero....

Vindication! “Whistleblower” Andrew MaGuire Is What I Suspected All Along  (25)
Yes, my predictions have been spot on. December 2011 I warned people to sell their metals.

Last year I warned people to ditch if silver broke 26.15 and gold 1620 ....

I warned people Maguire was a fraud ...

Anything else?

Forget the German story that you metal heads regurgitate. that has been explained a thousand times and also discussed on my blog.

The gold and si...

Vindication! “Whistleblower” Andrew MaGuire Is What I Suspected All Along  (25)
The mere tone of the commentaries on this post says it all.

I told everyone that would listen to sell their gold and silver in December of 2011 documented on my blog.

I told anyone that would listen that Maguire was not who he claimed to be. Again .. correct

What we have here are a bunch of people caught in the fairty tale and hoping to recover their investment in gold and silver. ...

Clients denied gold at major banks as shortage intensifies  (5)
First and foremost the fact that the ABN AMRO "story" is a prime example of what happens when nobody bothers to actually carry out any investigation yet chooses to spin the story into their own confirmation bias. As per ABN AMBRO themselves:

“Until 2009 ABN AMRO had a small bank that traded in physical gold called Hollandse Bank Unie (HBU) located in Rotterdam. Following our integration with Fortis Ba...

My Challenge To “Whistleblower” Andrew Maguire  (20)
Yes you did say let's see his qualifications. But what this have to do with seeing my financial records for the last 4 years. Remember, I'M NOT THE ONE who gets on the soap box and cries "manipulation", I'm not the one who was given any mantra of whistleblower and I'm not the one charging for a trading service to which the disclaimer attached to it reads more like a video game than it does a bona-fide financia...

IT APPEARS the article is lacking in its entirety. the part about the courts dismissing Maguire's evidence are missing.

Feel free to read it in whole here: http://thefundamentalview.blogspot.ca/2013/05/my-challenge-to-whistleblower-andrew.html

My Challenge To “Whistleblower” Andrew Maguire  (20)
I'm not asking for 4 years of Maguire's financial records. I'm not asking for PERSONAL data. I'm asking for a résumé from an individual who was given the mantra of whistleblower and whose evidence was deemed weak by the courts becuase he couldn't provide any facts to back up his claims. You do know that the extent of his inside information was hearing a couple traders bragging about making money over beers righ...

"He challenges an individual to put into the pubic realm all of this persons details so that he can make a target of himself"

I'm not asking for trading accounts. Read the article. All I ask is a for a curriculum vitae .. A Résumé. This is tyoical of avoiding the point and question asked. If you read my piece you would note that his evidence was already deemed flawed by the courts. He claims to be a...

Another day, another Fed and bullion bank intervention  (5)
I ask a very simple question and would like a very simple answer.

The theory that this price smash was contrived and manipulated remains a speculative theory. Can you offer proof of this without referring the same unfounded rhedoric of the past?

Over the past 3 years we've heard nothing but how the increase in money supply (QE) was going to send metal skyrocketing and many speculators bet on ...

It Might Be Time To Acknowledge That The Gold Bull Market Has Ended  (13)
Rene, you can't let your arrogance on silver getin the way of making prudent financial decisions. Many people steadfastly held on to the notion that silver could not fall and the dollar would die. Three years later, the dollar is still alive and silver has come down from reaching a $50.00 top to trading below $30.00. If you failed to re-visit your thinking last May, your silver holdings have now made you 40% ...

Please refer to my blog and be a little bit more accurate with your information. I never made lofty price projects about explor I only provided due diligence.

Looking Back At The Last Month In Gold  (3)
Goodluck ... the moment you move away from the theory that everything is rigged is the moment you will start to make better and more informed decisions.

Physical gold is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. The market was overbought and leveraged to the moon. You don't need to be a genius to have spotted that.
