Rainy River Resources (formerly Collingwood Capital Corporation) y is in the process of exploring a property located in Ontario. On February 1, 2005, Rainy River Resources Limited entered into an agreement with Nuinsco Resources Ltd. (Nuinsco) to purchase Nuinsco's 100% interest in the Rainy River mineral project, located in the Rainy River district of Northwestern Ontario. Nuinsco is a Toronto-based mineral exploration company. The Rainy River mineral project comprises a land package of approximately 16,530 hectares in 12 townships in Northwestern Ontario.
