Soltera Mining Corp. is concentrating on the large-scale El Torno gold project in north-west Argentina. It is an unusual exploration company in the sense that it is following two distinct lines of action. The first is to explore potentially large vein and dispersed gold deposits that occur within the 78 km2 title area, whilst the second is to develop the easily exploited and substantial surficial gold deposits that have formed by weathering of the underlying gold-bearing bed rocks.

Portfolio Highlights:

- Major gold exploration project at El Torno in Argentina with large-scale potential for both underground and open-pit mining.
- Near-term small-scale gold production being developed from gold-bearing surficial deposits found in several parts of the area.
- Sur Eureka copper-gold project in Argentina, 3km from El Torno, which at the moment is essentially a holding project over a 29 km2 area with good potential for stratabound copper.

All exploration projects are run personally by Soltera’s CEO/President, economic geologist, Dr. Fabio Montanari. Living near the projects in Argentina Dr. Montanari has a hands-on approach to operations.
