Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) (AMEX: DNN) is a diversified, growth-oriented, intermediate uranium producer with six active uranium mines in North America (five in the U.S. and one in Canada). The company was formed through the combination of the business and operations of Denison Mines Inc. and International Uranium Corporation on December 1, 2006. Denison’s assets include an interest in two of the four licensed and operating conventional uranium mills in North America, with its 100% ownership of the White Mesa mill in Utah and its 22.5% ownership of the McClean Lake mill in Saskatchewan. Both mills are fully permitted and operating. Denison's 2008 production from the two mills is estimated to be approximately 1.7 million pounds of U3O8 and 1.5 to 2.0 million pounds of vanadium. 2009 production is estimated to be 2.0 to 2.4 million pounds of U3O8 and 2.6 to 3.2 million pounds of vanadium.
