MAWSON STAKES THE CABRA BAJA

HISTORIC URANIUM MINE IN SPAIN

“This is the second historic mine in Mawson’s Spanish uranium portfolio and we look forward to revealing its full potential as we compile the extensive historic database from Cabra Baja. Given the extensive 3.5 kilometre long mineralized structure, combined with the high grades of uranium encountered at or near surface, we believe significant scope exists to expand the historic Cabra Baja mine along strike and at depth. Work also continues on the compilation of the nearby Don Benito historic resource. Further results on these two past producing areas will be presented as they become available.” -- Michael Hudson, President of Mawson Resources

  • The Cabra Baja Uranium Mine is Located in Southwestern Spain (120 Kilometres From Mawson’s Don Benito Uranium Project)
  • The Mine is Contained Within the Company’s 100%-Owned Cabra Baja-1 Claim Application, Consisting Of 8,561 Hectares
  • The Deposit Was Superficially Mined by Trenching, Pitting and Shallow Underground Development in The 1960’s by The Junta Energía Nuclear (“JEN”).
  • “It is Estimated that 65,000 Tonnes Of Rock Was Mined With a Grade Of 0.15% Uranium” -- and with Chromium, Vanadium and Rare Earth Elements
  • Mawson Has Access to Past Exploration Data and is Currently Compiling the Available Information to Determine the Potential for the System to Continue at Depth and Along Strike

Dear Friends:
Mawson has added yet another ship to its outstanding European fleet of uranium properties. Cabra Baja is the second “historic mine” to be brought on board in Spain, alongside the flagship Don Benito Project. In addition, there is another Spanish uranium project, Salamanca -- and 20 uranium projects in total, including those in Sweden and Finland. We are particularly impressed with the high grades at surface for Cabra Baja that were previously reported, and with the fact that there is potential for expansion both at depth and along a 3.5 kilometre strike length. The unique geology of the mine means that it might have more depth potential than other uranium mines in Spain. If you haven’t already done so, you might want to take the time to look at Mawson’s “Senior Consulting Team”. This advisory team – a truly impressive group of uranium professionals headed by Michael Hudson and Mark Saxon. It is on the strength of this group that Mawson can attract, acquire and develop this large number of high quality uranium projects.
Regards,

Nick L. Nicolaas

Mawson Resources holds significant uranium resources in the nuclear energy reliant countries of Spain, Sweden and Finland.

As the European Union reduces its reliance on carbon-based energy sources, Mawson is well placed as the Company develops its exploration portfolio towards the sustainable production of uranium in the shortest possible time frame.
