UC Resources Announces Delay in Filing Financials

November 7, 2007, UC Resources Ltd.: Vancouver, British Columbia:  Trading Symbol: TSXV:UC.  UC Resources Ltd. ("UC" or "the Company") wishes to advise that it is in default of filing its year-end financial statements and MD&A for the twelve months ended June 30, 2007 which were to have been filed on or before October 30, 2007 pursuant to relevant securities laws.

The Company has provided the draft financials statements and MD&A to the Company’s auditors and is awaiting to receive the audited financial statements back from those auditors.  The Company expects to file shortly.
