CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 8, 2013) - NXT Energy Solutions Inc. ("NXT" or the "Company") (News - Market indicators)(OTCBB:NSFDF) advises that it has granted a total of 52,500 incentive stock options ("options") to members of its Board of Directors.
These options are part of the total compensation payable to the NXT Board of Directors for the six month period ended June 30, 2013 and are granted in accordance with the terms of NXT's Stock Option Plan. The options shall have an exercise price of $0.86 per share, a five year term to expiry on July 5, 2018, and entitlement to exercise the options shall vest one third at the end of each year over a three year period from the date of grant.
