Brazilian Diamonds Announces Annual and Special Meeting

BRAZILIAN DIAMONDS LIMITED (TSXV: BDY) ("Brazilian Diamonds" or "the Company") announces that its Annual and Special Meeting will be held on August 31, 2009 at the corporate office in Vancouver, B.C. The Company has posted the Notice of AGM, Information Circular, Proxy form and Voting Instruction Form on its website.
