(OTCBB:SFMI.PK - News) reports today that it has received an answer to its Form 10 filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (USSEC). In its response, the USSEC states that SFMI's registration will become fully effective on October the 15th, 2009. Following this date, a brokerage firm has agreed to file an updated 15c211 with FINRA, to grant clearance for SFMI to move from the PinkSheets to Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
