Grayd Appoints Fred Lightner and
Bruce McLeod to Advisory Committee

(TSX-V: GYD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred Lightner, P.E. and D. Bruce McLeod, P.Eng.
to its Technical Advisory Committee.
Fred Lightner,
P.E., is a Metallurgical Engineer and has held senior positions with a number
of companies. His last position was COO of Metallica Resources Ltd. Mr. Lightner
has over 40 years experience in the mining industry with 30 years dedicated to
precious metal heap leach operations.
Bruce McLeod is a
Mining Engineer with over 25 years experience in all areas of the mining industry.
Mr. McLeod was the founder and Executive Chairman of Sherwood Copper Corp.
which recently completed a business combination with Capstone Mining
Corp. He is presently the President and CEO of Troon
Ventures Ltd. and Tenajon Resources Corp. Mr. McLeod
primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning, mergers,
acquisitions and financing activities.
Grayd’s 100% owned La
India gold project located in Sonora Mexico hosts a 43-101 compliant gold
resource of 569,000 oz indicated
and 318,000 oz inferred, with excellent exploration potential to
increase the resource. (Resource is comprised of Indicated: 17.2 mT grading
1.01 g/t Au and Inferred: 9.4 mT
grading 1.05 g/t Au using a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off).
Grayd is evaluating the potential to develop
an open pit mine and heap leach extraction facility on the project, and
continues to drill targets adjacent to the current resource as well as other
prospective targets on the 250 sq. km property. Marc Prefontaine,
President and CEO said, Mr. Lightner and Mr. McLeod
bring a wealth of technical and corporate experience as we advance the La India
Project and move the Company forward corporately.
Messrs. Lightner and McLeod have been granted
options to purchase up to a total of 175,000 common shares each in the capital
of the Company at a price of $0.46 per share. The options are exerciseable
for a five year period and are subject to certain vesting provisions.
