GALORE APPOINTS NEW CEO

 
Galore Resources Inc. (GRI-TSX-V) announces the appointment of Mr. Michael McMillan as the Company�s new Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. McMillan has been an active member of Galore�s Board of Directors since September 23, 2011 as well as a strong supporter and shareholder for a number of years.
 
Mr. McMillan has more than 30 years experience working with companies focused on marketing, sales and acquisitions of drilling equipment, as well as providing services to energy and mining companies in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Mexico. 
 
Mr. McMillan graduated in 1978, with a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University. In 1998 he formed Equipment Marketing Solutions Inc., (�EMS�) specializing in brokering companies as ongoing concerns and providing asset liquidation services through private sale or public auction.  In addition to EMS, Mr. McMillan founded J&M McMillan Properties Inc., which concentrates on the acquisition of land parcels and mineral properties.
 
Mr. McMillan has accepted the position of CEO in place of Mr. Ray Torresan who recently passed on.  Mr. Torresan was the Company�s CEO since it commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in June 2006.  Ray�s experience, innovative thinking, charming personality and dedication to his work were integral in the establishment and successes of Galore.  He is greatly missed by all members of the Galore team and anyone who had the luxury to work with him.
