VAL-D'OR, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec 30, 2014) - Cartier Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ECR) ("Cartier") announces the closing of a private placement. The private placement is a flow-through private placement with one accredited investor and consists of 2,500,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for an amount of $250,000. The securities issued under the private placement are subject to a four (4) month and one (1) day statutory hold period. The proceeds of the placement will be used by Cartier to conduct exploration on the MacCormack project.
