====================================================================== News Release - Monday, July 30, 2007 Diamondex Completes Purchase of Trigon's Diamond Properties ====================================================================== Vancouver, B.C. - Diamondex Resources Ltd. (DSP-TSX.V) ("Diamondex") is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of Trigon Uranium Corp. ("Trigon") diamond properties for a total consideration of $3.225 million (see June 7, 2007 news release). Under the terms of the purchase Diamondex paid Trigon $25,000 in cash and issued Trigon 6,400,000 common shares of Diamondex (the "Shares") subject to a twelve hold period trading restriction expiring on July 26, 2008. In order to maintain the sale price for the properties at $3.2 million, additional Diamondex Shares may be issued on July 26, 2008 should the 30-day average price of the Shares be less than $0.50 per share prior to that date. The maximum number of additional Diamondex Shares which may be issued is 3,600,000. One of the six prospective diamond properties purchased is now owned 100% by Diamondex with the remaining five properties being held under joint ventures. Diamondex will act as operator on all the properties which are located in the James Bay Lowlands area of Ontario, and in the Slave and Rae cratons of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
