APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Kangaroo Resources Limited (ASX: KRL) confirms that Mr Leonard Math has been re-appointed as a non executive director as a casual vacancy.
Mr Math was a director of the Company from 1 May 2013 to 21 May 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Information Systems and previously worked as an auditor at Deloitte before joining GDA Corporate as Manager of Corporate Services.
Mr Math has extensive experience in relation to public company responsibilities, including extensive liaison with ASX and ASIC, control and implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, and shareholder relations with both retail and institutional investors.
Mr Math is a director of Elemental Minerals Limited and RMA Energy Limited and is company secretary of a number of listed entities.
