Expect more from your recruiter: Hays in Asia awarded world-leading certification

In the recruitment world, the quality of service is becoming increasingly important to differentiate one recruiter from another. Consistent systems and processes are key to guarantee service levels and commitment to candidates and clients.

Following Hays China's recent re-certification of the ISO 9001:2008, Hays in Asia is very proud to announce that with an impressive record of compliance and continuous improvement over the years, we have obtained the world leading certification in all our operational countries in Asia including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.

In an industry that is largely self-regulated in Asia, the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification raises the bar and shows that Hays is setting a high standard for recruitment. It also gives employers and candidates the opportunity to work with a recruiter that has the world's best processes and practices in place.

Christine Wright, Managing Director of Hays in Asia says, 'Jobseekers and employers shouldn't settle for second best. They should be able to deal with a recruiter who utilises world best practice, with processes that have been developed, improved and validated in line with quality assured standards, so only best practice methodologies are used.

'We are very proud of leading the way in setting high standards within the industry. Hays is committed to a continuous improvement culture and will continue to improve our service to match this international quality standard,' Christine added.

Ben White, Sci Qual International General Manager said, 'It is always a pleasure to audit a business that is committed to quality and continuous improvement, rather than just wanting a certificate of compliance, and this has certainly been the case with Hays. The team at Hays welcome the audit process as a way of confirming that their systems are operating as they are designed to and also of identifying improvement opportunities that will keep them ahead of the competition'.

Hays is located in Hong Kong at Unit 5803-7, The Centre, 99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. Phone +852 2521 8884or email [email protected]
