Annual General Meeting Results

Goldrea Resources Corp. (GOR-TSX.V; Frankfurt-GOJ; Pink Sheets-GORAF) (“Goldrea” or the “Company”) reports the results of its 2012 Annual General Meeting. At the meeting all ordinary resolutions placed before the Meeting were passed. Shareholders re-elected James Elbert, Larry W. Reaugh, Paul Blair, William Pfaffenberger, David Madill, Hugh Squair and Edward Lee as directors of the Company for the ensuing year. KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants were appointed as auditors of the Company and the proposed amendments to the Company’s existing Stock Option Plan were approved.
