TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 10, 2013) - Brownstone Energy Inc. (News - Market indicators)(OTCQX:BWSOF) ("Brownstone") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,980,000 options to certain officers, directors, employees and consultants of Brownstone.

The options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share, vest in equal amounts quarterly over a period of 18 months and expire on September 9, 2018.
