Columbia Yukon Leases Entire Camp Facility in Cassiar
for its Storie Property

Vancouver, British Columbia - January 23, 2008 - Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc.
("Columbia Yukon" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce that it has entered into a two year lease of the entire camp
facilities located in Cassiar, B.C. in connection with the Company's 2008 and
2009 exploration work programs on its Storie molybdenum deposit property. The
Company's Storie Property lies 5km south of the Cassiar townsite (via
all-weather gravel road). The Cassiar townsite itself lies 125km north of
Dease Lake, B.C. and 145km south of Watson Lake, Yukon. Cassiar is accessible
via paved highway from Smithers, B.C. and also has a gravel airstrip.

exploration drilling program. The Cassiar camp facilities are well equipped
to provide food and lodgings for all of our personnel, employees and

The Company is
presently in the process of finalizing its 2008 drilling contracts and
exploration program, all of which will be announced shortly.
