• The Neptune property is located approximately 55 kilometres southwest of Tonopa h Nevada, in the Clayton Va lley, in an active area of lithium exploration and mining.

• The Silver Peak ithium mine, the only Lithium mine in North America,

  now owned by Albema rle Corp. { NYSE:ALB ) has extracted lithium minerals

  from brines continuously since 1966. It is approximately 15 kilometres to

  the north of Neptune.

• Neptune consists of a block of 316 placer claims tota ling 6320 acres.

• Lithium· occurs as brine aquifers in porous strata within sub-basins of the main Clayton Valley.

• Historical geophysica l data indicates Neptune has the potential to host lithium bearing brines. A gravity survey indicates the depth of the sub­ basin is of sufficient depth and a CSAMT survey reveals conductive horizons indicating the potential of brine aquifers.
