Under its area of interest agreement with the vendor of the Lovelock Cobalt Mine, Nevada Sunrise has the right to purchase a 100% interest in the Treasure Box property, and has also executed an option agreement with a separate vendor to purchase a 100% interest in the Boyer Mine property.
