Goldstar Resources NL (ASX: GDR) advises that, following inquiries made by the Company as a result of the appointment of receivers to Opes Prime, it is understood that third parties may have rights to dispose of approximately 5.8 million shares representing approximately 4% of the Company.s issued capital.

Goldstar’sBoard also confirms that no Directors or their Associates hold shares in the Company through an account with Opes Prime or any other margin lending facility.
