Quantum Rare Earth (QRE.V ) is pleased to announce hole NEC11-004 which

Returns: 68.18m of 3.32% TREO, within 236.19m of 2.10% TREO

This hole has further identified a high grade Rare Earth zone approximately 2.5 kilometers from the main Elk Creek Niobium deposit which contains nearly 500 million Kg of Niobium.

Highlights from the current exploration include:

NEC11-004: 236.17 m of 2.10% TREO*

Including 68.18 m of 3.32% TREO*

NEC11-004 was collared 160 meters to the south-east and drilled at a -55� inclination in the direction of historic hole EC-93 which contains 155.5 meters of 2.70% TREO, including 54.9 m of 3.30% TREO (previously announced, March 7, 2011).

These holes indicate a significant Rare Earth system 2.5 Km from to the main Niobium zone. The main Niobium has a 43-101 resource estimate of 80.1 million tonnes at 0.62% Nb2O5, with the deposit open in 3 directions..
