Only play - citing terms of Bush Jr's agreement, Obama declares mission completed on those terms, and only then brings troops home. Better hurry, POTUS. Some positions aren't amenable to any politics other than the patriotic. Thus short here from current Commander In Chief should be viewed as negligence or aggrandizement resulting in a crime against the prestige of the United States military. Only new good use of a mandate.
