Only thing pitiful here is that you attack the man and his intelligence rather than correct him. Were you a teacher of mine and pulled the kind of stunt you suggest, cone on head in corner, you would soon find yourself on your back side wondering what hit you. A teacher corrects, entertains, enlightens, and promotes further learning. What you suggest amounts to your being nothing more than one of those damn school yard bullies who must always get his way.

By the way bozo, if your so bloody smart and you keep finding so many faults with the authors here why the hell don't you man up and contribute as an author so that the rest of us might be enlightened by the wisdom that only you seem to possess?
