Will Congress Endorse Obama's War Plans? Does it Matter?

We have an election coming up next weekend here in Australia. I am not going to register a vote because what the system is throwing up for election is not worthy of my vote and I dare say that many people would agree with me.

However if I could vote for Ron Paul ( in USA of course) I surely would.

Final note. If Congress does not endorse Obama on the Syrian issue ,surely he will be a total lame duck.
