If you watch this documentary, you also find a medical Dr. who had to take up a second job because being a Doctor couldn't pay him enough to take care of his family and its also mentioned that the foreigners that have gone to Cuba and think it has great health care are actually going to a different hospital than the Cubans themselves get to use. Good for the Cubans, they are finally getting to be somewhat entrepreneurial. That Doctor I mentioned second job is running up and down the street peddling plumbing supplies from the 1970s. And farmers are getting to use their 1950s Russian tractors to start farming their own crops. I guess its a start for them, at least.
