Wanting to give away billions more to ensure the democrats stay in power is more likely the plan here. Give the real skivers free health care, give the illegals citizenship and the health care, give the shaft to the few really hard working folks that pump money into DC pockets and you too could be elected when Obama is forced to vacate the White House. Unless of course he can by executive decree set himself up for a third term. What, you say the constitution and current laws don't allow for such a thing! Executive order, dictators orders, it looks a lot like the way Barry runs things now so why not.
