The collapse is as Celente , Faber and many others say, inevitable. Not sure it's as early as next year, but it'll come just as 80% of the "Prepers" throw in the towel.
A retirement fund in USD isn't going to help you when the shtf and and $2000 buys you a bag of potatoes or a cup of coffee,so a land purchase and agricultural knowledge was not watsed imho.
