Another EPA victim! Does anyone else understand the strategic problem this causes? Considering one of the only countries left smelting lead is China, this could be a real conundrum in the future. Why didn't Obama's EPA just say "Lead smelting is now illegal in the U.S.A."? That's what they mean. And I was just talking to a small business owner a couple days ago and she was telling me that there is no possible way for a business to follow every rule to the book and stay in business. Now that I think of it, why doesn't Obama and the rest of the Washington cronies just go ahead and make small business in general illegal?
