Whats a great way to get to be the best selling book? Well if you control the press( main stream media in the western world ) you announce its the "best-selling book in the world". Then all the sheep read or listen to that main stream media in the western world$hit then go out and buy the crap. If that happens then they have to pump it up to say this bozo is right!
