To say the presidential candidates are clowns is to state the obvious. They are like men in the heat line for gratuitous sex - they'll say anything to get their hands on the prize and once they do they quickly forget whatever it was they felt they had to say to get what they wanted. It really doesn't matter who gets elected, what they promised the American people and what they're going to accomplish once they sit on the high chair. The game (although never a game to those who cannot manage to get out of the way) is rigged and about the only thing that's been accomplished effectively and efficiently by the politicians in the haunted halls of government over the last fifty or sixty years is how those orbiting in close proximity to government have been able to pass legislation to ensure that the gravy train will stop at no stations but their own.
