You fail to understand human behaviour Frank. The essence is always in the timing. Same in the sharemarket. The first movers often understand that the game goes on for years and years before the music stops. So do businessmen as well. It's the last in who has not understood the game who is always burnt. Same with property mortgages.....which only hurt those who take out a mortgage just before the cycle turns. Wait for it. Never changes.
