2) Lipitor has a Number to Treat (NTT) range of 100 to 250. That means that only one (1) person out of that group will derive any benefit from those drugs. So basically there is no evidence that they prevent heart attack or stroke.
3)Margarines and polyunsaturated fats are UNFIT for human consumption and should have no place in anybody's kitchen. ( read Oiling of America...Enig and Fallon)
4) Epidemiological studies show that people the world over with higher levels of cholesterol live longer than those with lower levels.
5)Sugar is the biggest killer of humans because it leads to abdo obesity, metabolic syndrome and diabetes via the consequences of those conditions.
6) All exercise is good in moderation. People can derive great benefit by SPRINTING once /twice a week to work fast twitch fibres and it feels great to run flat out.
