I happened to read one of Franken's book about all of the hypocrites in office, business,etc. his sanctimonious air notwithstanding I thought the guy might have some possibilities. After his election to the senate he quickly devolved into one of the creeps he previously railed about. What intrigues me is what seems to happen to almost all elected to national office in the USA. Within months they become the classless and inert scumbags like the rest inhabiting the halls of power in American government. Oh, yeah, don't worry too much about this freak show masquerading as a worthy effort to bring sexual outlaws to justice. It's mostly just an act to once again convince us that government works like it's supposed to. Bill Clinton's having a lot of fun, though.
