Silver over $20.00 US, pipe dream much. Never happen. Silver will be capped with untold millions of ounces of naked shorts. The Bullion Banks and COMEX could naked short the next 25 years of silver production in a single week and there is nothing anyone can or will do and no regulatory agency will stop it.

My prediction Dec 31, 2018 - Silver $16.99 US an ounce or much much lower.
