How does society deal with 90% of the population suddenly being useless in a world made by hand? What do all those ad execs and fashionistas in the cities do when the time is right for fighting in the streets? If farmers can't be paid for feeding the masses in the cities, why continue? These are the questions that I'd like to see addressed.
The bill comes due, and the system must clear the imbalance, but it is going to be mighty painful. Sticking it to The Man is all well and good, until you find out that you are the man.
