It ain't over till it's over.
This is my suggestion and that is all it is.
1) Eliminate just about every food that man makes or tampers with and puts it in a packet, can or wrapper.Best done by not going to supermarkets where the shelves are full of things which are simply full of food unfit for humans
2) Restrict Sugar (all types) to between 50-100gms per day
3) Bulk of your meals to be Vegetables Fruits particularly low GI
3) Do eat animals all types, with all fat on, plus eggs,butter,beef fat lard coconut milk etc in any amount to satiation.
4) Snack on nuts,seeds.
5) Get stress out of your life
6) Get adequate sleep,exercise and sun
7) Learn Tai Chi, a slow form like Yang style. Swim in ocean.
8) Work with your GP and if he/she does not want to then get a GP who will.
