I really find it hard to believe that the Nations Capital, Has no Back-up Plan for Joe Six-pack? I bet they have power at the White House and Other capital Buildings. But Joe Six-pack, Gets his Back Pocket picked and Home-Land Security is just another way to get more money from the people. You also would think that people that live in the most obvious place for an attack or disaster, do not stock-up on emergency supplies??? They must all be fools to trust the State?
