@ranbotrader - First, in this article, Peter is noting the Constitutionality of the law and either the ignorance or corruption of the Judiciary in misapplying the law. Peter surely understands the many negative ramifications that govenrment interventions have on the majority and surely doesn't want them to be harmed or die in the gutters.

What you fail to understand, from your post, is that socialism fails over time, so instead of fixing the system, you want to patch the problems with another government program that will contribute even more quickly to the economic collapse of our country. Is that what you want?

Just as most pharmaceutical drugs treat the systems but rarely cure the desease, you and other fascists and socialists are trying to use government to cure the problems when it is malen prohibitum government regulation and the necessary taxation to enforce them that causes most of the problems. Don't just look at the proposed benefits, study the various negative ramifications of the mulititude of laws that are currently on the books, and you will than understand the current cause of why health care costs are to high and why so many people cannot afford good healthcare.
