History of the Galore Creek Project |
Subsidiaries of Rio Tinto and Anglo American carried out extensive historic work on the project from the early 1960s through 1991. An updated resource estimate was released in August 2006 integrating all exploration work on the project, including over 187,500 meters (615,000 feet) of drilling in 772 core holes.
