Dolly Varden Project is located Southeast of Elko, Nevada. These claims are known as the North Dolly Varden Property, and are comprised of 26 optioned claim blocks.

| History of the Dolly Varden (Sidon) Project |
|
The North Dolly Varden property is a copper gold skarn property located just south of the old Anaconda Victoria Mine which produced approx. 1 million tons of high-grade copper ore intermittently from 1970 to 1980 when mining ceased due to low copper prices.

The geology of the Sidon property is consistent with that of the adjacent property and showings on Sidon's property have returned values of Gold, Silver, Copper, Lead and Zinc in grab samples taken.
