The Project is located in Kern County, just south of Mojave, southern California.
 
History of the Soledad Project
The first recorded mining activity in the Mojave Mining District occurred on March 8, 1894. Gold was produced from a number of mines over the years until activities were suspended by Order L-208 of the War Production Board in 1942. The only exploration of note between 1953 and 1985 was undertaken by Rosario Exploration during the mid-1970's.
